Every 5,000th vote: Throughout the life of the sweepstakes, the 5,000th, 10,000th, 15,000th (etc.) voter will be awarded a prize chosen at random from among the following:

- Collar, lead or Real Bird Bumper from the Scott Linden Signature Series of dog training gear (four total)
- ShotLock from TruckVault
- $500 merchandise certificate from Filson (three total)
- Peet Shoe Dryer (12 total)
- Assortment of Happy Jack dog care products (one)
- $100 merchandise certificate from Ugly Dog Hunting Co. (one)
- Case of Kent Cartridge shotgun ammunition (one)

The 100,000 cumulative voter, combining the 2011 and 2012 sweepstakes votes, will be awarded an expense-paid trip to hunt with TruckVault and Wingshooting USA staff at Warne Ranch in South Dakota. Trip will be filmed for later broadcast on Wingshooting USA. Dates of the hunt are: Oct. 14-17, 2012. Included in the prize are all airfare, lodging, meals, guided hunting. License must be purchased by winner, who must conform to all applicable game, hunting, firearms laws of his home state and the state of South Dakota. Should the winner be unavailable for the dates of this trip, a ShotLock will be substituted for the trip and the 100,0001th voter will be chosen.

Final voter: The last voter of the sweepstakes will be awarded a standard-height, non-All Weather, custom-designed TruckVault for his/her vehicle. (All Weather version available at additional charge.) Shipping to the winner’s home address included. All other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules (i.e., applicable income taxes) to be borne by Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize provided by TruckVault. (ARV of Grand Prize: $2,750.00.)

"Upland Nation" E-News Subscription: Additionally, everyone entering the Sweepstakes will automatically receive a free subscription to "Upland Nation," a free monthly consumer e-newsletter published by Scott Linden, offering helpful tips, videos, and articles on shooting and bird hunting, dog training and related topics, as well as offering savings on merchandise and bird hunting-oriented travel and lodging.

SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO AT TIME OF ENTRY ARE RESIDING IN THE 50 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON, DC, (and, for award of the First Prize) WHO CAN LEGALLY POSSESS, OWN AND USE A FIREARM UNDER FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, WHO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. Eligibility: No purchase or fee necessary to enter or win. The Wingshooting USA "TruckVault Cares ... about conservation, canines & kids" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who at the time of entry are residing in the 50 continental United States including Washington, DC, (and, for award of the First Prize) who can legally possess, use and own a firearm under federal, state and local laws and regulations, who have Internet access and valid email addresses. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and other restrictions established in these Official Sweepstakes Rules or by Sweepstakes Organizer. Employees, officers, directors and other representatives of Sweepstakes Organizer, Grand Prize Sponsor, other prize sponsors, and their respective relatives or household members, not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins 12:01AM (ET) on June 25, 2012 and ends 11:59PM (ET) on December 31, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter: To enter Sweepstakes, visit www.truckvaultcares.com during Sweepstakes Period to acknowledge rules, provide a valid email address and vote for one of the designated beneficiary groups. No other method or form of entry accepted. Entries must be received by Organizer no later than March 31, 2012. Incomplete entries or entries not received by Sweepstakes Organizer by entry deadline shall be ineligible. Limit one entry per email address during Sweepstakes Period (Multiple votes with the same email address are considered one entry in the Sweepstakes).

Federal, state and/or local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sweepstakes Organizer who may substitute prizes as necessary. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Organizer.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection: If a selected winner is unreachable, fails to claim prize within seven (7) business days after notification, or is determined ineligible, the winner will forfeit his/her prize and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sweepstakes Organizer before prizes are awarded. In order for a winner to claim a prize, Sweepstakes Organizer and Grand Prize Sponsor may require additional information or documentation to prove Sweepstakes eligibility, including without limitation, proof of identity, age and US residency. All winners will be required to sign and submit an Eligibility Affidavit, Liability Waiver and Publicity Release to Sweepstakes Organizer before prizes are awarded. Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to accept or deny awarding Sweepstakes prizes based on information or documentation submitted or the failure to submit required information or documentation. Sweepstakes Organizer may disqualify a Sweepstakes winner immediately upon learning the winner has responded with or submitted false information or documentation.

Publicity: Each Sweepstakes winner grants Sweepstakes Organizer and Grand Prize Sponsor, individually or collectively, permission to use and exploit in any manner and in all media (now existing or hereafter devised), throughout the world, winner's entry, name, photograph, image, voice, appearance, actions, likeness and biographical information, including winner's city and state of residence, for television, advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission, and without recourse or liability of any kind

General Terms & Conditions: By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Sweepstakes Organizer, which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Organizer, Grand Prize Sponsor, and other prize sponsors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and other representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities of any kind (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising from or relating to the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes or any errors in materials related thereto; entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes; use or distribution of entrant's Sweepstakes entry submission; use and exploitation of entrant's name, likeness and city and state of residence information; entrant's acceptance or use of a prize; or any claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and/or other personal or proprietary right. Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Sweepstakes at any time, and, in the event of suspension or termination, to award prizes based on eligible submissions received prior to any such action, or not award prizes at all. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due submissions or other correspondence; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, including any injury or damage to any person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials related thereto. Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found tampering with or disrupting the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Deschutes County, Oregon selected by Sweepstakes Organizer applying the laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law thereunder that would require or permit the application of any other laws. Sweepstakes entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process electronically (e.g., via e-mail) or certified or registered mail, and specifically waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to them.

Winner's List: Following the Sweepstakes Period, the names of all confirmed and validated winners may be obtained until May 31, 2013 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wingshooting USA "TruckVault Cares ... about conservation, canines & kids" Sweepstakes, c/o Linden Media Management, Box 8171, Bend OR 97708.

Privacy Policy: By entering Sweepstakes, information about entrants will be captured by Sweepstakes Organizer. The information captured includes entrants' names and email addresses as provided by entrants at time of entry. This information may be used by Sweepstakes Organizer for prize notification and advertising or promotional purposes, and shared by Sweepstakes Organizer with beneficiary groups, third parties, including prize sponsors and providers. Entrants may be contacted by Sweepstakes Organizer and other parties with future promotional offers about their products and/or services, at which time entrant will be given the option of discontinuing email solicitation by the party which contacted him/her.

Change to Official Sweepstakes Rules: Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Official Sweepstakes Rules at any time and for any reason without notice.
